Lizi’s Social Media Management

I look after Lizi’s social media accounts, which involves day to day tasks such as:

• Strategising, writing and scheduling the social content.
• Rapid customer engagement.
• Advertising content.
• Working with influencers on gifting campaigns.
• Organising contests and brand partnerships.

The results:

• Over 3,000 new Instagram followers.
• Over 2,000 new Facebook followers. (2945% increase from the previous period!)
• Increase in Facebook engagement of 77% from the previous period.
• 284% increase in Instagram engagement. (Last 3 months compared to the previous period within the same timeframe last year.)
• There was an 8% drop in reach as we advertised less. Fewer people, but more engaged and relevant.
